World Travel Concierge Regnum The Crown x Stacey Solomon Instagram Giveaway – Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
Promoter: Regnum The Crown.
This promotion is managed by World Travel Concierge on behalf of Regnum The Crown and promoted in collaboration with Stacey Solomon.
Regnum The Crown is responsible for the administration and fulfilment of the prize. World Travel Concierge manages the promotion and hosts these Terms & Conditions. Stacey Solomon is the promotional partner for this campaign and is not responsible for the administration of the competition, winner selection or prize fulfilment.
Competition Period
The competition opens at 5:00pm (UK time) on Saturday 27 June 2026 and closes at 7:00pm (UK time) on Tuesday 30 June 2026.
Entries received after the closing date and time will not be accepted.
Eligibility
• Open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.
• The prize is valid for maximum two adults and two children travelling together.
• At least one travelling adult must be aged 18 years or over.
• All travellers must hold valid passports and any other documentation required for travel.
• The winner and travelling party must be available to travel on the fixed dates of 13 August 2026 to 20 August 2026. These dates cannot be changed.
• Employees, directors and immediate family members of Regnum The Crown, Stacey Solomon, World Travel Concierge, or any agencies associated with this promotion are not eligible to enter.
1. How to Enter
To enter:
• Follow @staceysolomon on Instagram.
• Follow @regnumthecrown on Instagram.
• Like the competition post.
• Comment on the competition post tagging at least one friend.
Optional Bonus Entry
Receive one additional entry by:
• Sharing the competition post to your Instagram Story;
• Tagging @staceysolomon and @regnumthecrown;
• Having a public Instagram account at the time of sharing so the Story can be verified.
No purchase is necessary.
Multiple entries are permitted by posting additional comments, provided each comment tags a different friend. Automated, bulk or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.
2. Prize
One winner will receive:
• A seven-night stay at Regnum The Crown.
• Accommodation in a Seascape Family Suite for maximum two adults and two children.
• Return economy-class flights from a UK airport selected by the Promoter.
• Private return airport transfers between Antalya Airport and Regnum The Crown.
• All-inclusive accommodation as provided by the resort.
• The opportunity to meet Stacey Solomon during the stay, subject to her availability.
The prize does not include:
• Travel insurance.
• Passports or visas.
• Spending money.
• Excursions.
• Personal expenses.
• Meals or drinks outside those included by the hotel.
• Any costs not expressly stated as included.
3. Stacey Solomon Meet Opportunity
The opportunity to meet Stacey Solomon is subject to her availability and circumstances outside the Promoter's reasonable control.
If the meeting cannot take place, this element of the prize may be withdrawn. No cash alternative or compensation will be offered, although Regnum The Crown may, at its discretion, offer a suitable alternative experience.
4. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries using an independently verified third-party random selection tool.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility before confirming the prize.
5. Winner Notification
The winner will be contacted only via direct message from the official @world_travel_concierge Instagram account.
Stacey Solomon will never contact the winner directly.
The winner must respond within 72 hours.
If no response is received within that period, or the winner is found to be ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
6. Booking & Travel
Travel arrangements will be made directly between Regnum The Crown and the winner.
The prize:
• cannot be exchanged for cash;
• cannot be transferred;
• cannot be resold;
• cannot be substituted except at the Promoter's discretion where circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.
Flights are economy class only and are subject to airline availability.
The winner is responsible for ensuring all members of the travelling party have valid travel documents and appropriate travel insurance.
7. Publicity
By entering, participants agree that, if they win, their first name, county of residence and Instagram username may be used by Regnum The Crown for the purpose of announcing the winner.
The winner may also be invited to participate in reasonable publicity, photography or social media content relating to the promotion.
8. Data Protection
Personal information supplied for this promotion will only be used for administering the competition and arranging the prize, in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation.
9. General
The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who:
• breaches these Terms & Conditions;
• provides false information;
• uses automated entry methods;
• attempts to manipulate the competition;
• submits offensive or inappropriate content.
The Promoter's decision is final.
10. Instagram Disclaimer
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram.
By entering, participants release Instagram from all responsibility in relation to this promotion.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
By entering this competition, participants confirm that they have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
