World Travel Concierge Instagram Middle Eight Hotel – Terms & Conditions

This giveaway (the “Promotion”) is organised by World Travel Concierge (“the Promoter”), whose official Instagram account is @world_travel_concierge.

Open to UK residents aged 18 or over only. Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected to this competition are not eligible to enter. By entering, you confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

To enter the giveaway, participants must:

1. Follow these 3 accounts on Instagram: @world_travel_concierge @officialpaulchuckle @middle_eight_hotel

2. Tag a friend in the comments on the giveaway post.

3. Share the post to their Instagram Story (ensure your account is public so your entry can be verified).

 

No purchase is necessary, and entries made via automated, third-party, or bulk accounts will be disqualified. Each person may enter once unless otherwise stated. Incomplete or incorrect entries will not be counted.

The giveaway launches at 7:00 pm (GMT) on Thursday 15th January 2026 and closes at 6:59 pm (GMT) on Thursday 22nd January 2026. Entries received before the opening time or after the closing time will not be valid.

One winner will receive 1 nights stay in the Urban Deluxe Room for 2 adults including breakfast. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered. Prize to be used by 31st May 2026. Block out dates: Saturday 25th April 2026, 19-23 May 2026. Travel to and from the hotel is at the winners expense. Prize must be booked by 7th February 2026. Additional food and beverages not included. 

The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period. The winner will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message from the official @world_travel_concierge account within 5 days of the closing date. If the winner does not respond within 72 hours, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternate winner. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Personal details supplied by entrants will be used only for the administration of this giveaway. The winner’s first name and Instagram handle may be announced publicly on @world_travel_concierge. All data will be handled in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and GDPR.

This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. By entering, you release Instagram of any responsibility and agree to Instagram’s Terms of Use.

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the giveaway and these Terms & Conditions if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are incomplete, lost, corrupted, or fail to reach the Promoter due to technical issues. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
