World Travel Concierge Instagram Giveaway – Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
This giveaway (the “Promotion”) is organised by World Travel Concierge (“the Promoter”), whose official Instagram account is @world_travel_concierge.
2. Eligibility
Open to UK residents aged 18 or over only. Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected to this giveaway are not eligible to enter. By entering, you
confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
3. How to Enter
To enter the giveaway, participants must:
1. Follow @world_travel_concierge on Instagram.
2. Tag a friend in the comments on the giveaway post.
3. Share the post to their Instagram Story (ensure your account is public so your entry can be verified).
No purchase is necessary, and entries made via automated, third-party, or bulk accounts will be disqualified. Each person may enter once unless otherwise stated. Incomplete or incorrect entries will not be counted.
4. Promotion Period
The giveaway launches at 5:00 pm (GMT) on Sunday 2nd November 2025 and closes at 5:00 pm (GMT) on Saturday 9th November 2025. Entries received before the opening time or after the closing time will not be valid.
5. Prize
One winner will receive a curated selection of travel-inspired products (as described in the official giveaway post). The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value if circumstances require.
6. Winner Selection & Notification
The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period.
The winner will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message from the official @world_travel_concierge account within 5 days of the closing date. If the winner does not respond within 72 hours, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternate winner. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. Prize Delivery
The winner must provide a valid UK postal address for delivery. The prize will be dispatched within 14 days of confirmation. The Promoter is not responsible for any delays, loss, or damage once the prize has been sent. Delivery is available to UK addresses only.
8. Data & Privacy
Personal details supplied by entrants will be used only for the administration of this giveaway.
The winner’s first name and Instagram handle may be announced publicly on @world_travel_concierge.
All data will be handled in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and GDPR.
9. Instagram Disclaimer
This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. By entering, you release Instagram of any responsibility and agree to Instagram’s Terms of Use.
10. General
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the giveaway and these Terms & Conditions if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are incomplete, lost, corrupted, or fail to reach the Promoter due to technical issues. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
